I have owned an instep jogging stroller for numerous months, and I really enjoy it. It gives me a method to take my toddler out on my afternoon runs, and that is important to me. It is one of the only times each day that I get to spend with my baby. Don’t get me wrong – I have a couple hours at nite with him as well. The instep stroller gives me the opportunity to spend some additional quality time with him. I can see by his facial expression that he enjoys it.

In any case, I venture outside with the instep baby jogging stroller before my wife gets up. That means that, for an entire 30 minutes, she does not need to worry about the baby. I will be totally in charge of him. For his part, he appears to be much more subdued and content when he is out for a jog. He gets somewhat bored resting in his crib, but when we are out jogging he seems relatively happy. He gets to look around, and feel the fresh air on his face the whole time.

Instep baby joggers, however, are not for everybody. If you have two children, they can get a little awkward. I have used the instep double jogger, and it is quite hard to maneuver. My stroller, however, handles like a breeze. I haven’t used other jogger strollers, but I know that I am thrilled with the one that I bought. Try to read some baby stroller ratings before you purchase your next one.
